Rick Barrera stands proudly besides his1974 Caprice. He has toiled for the last two years and spent over $14,000 restoring and upgrading his ride. He is a member of a San Antonio car club called Midnite Illusions.
Mutual understanding: We all agreed that we post at least 1 photo a week to this blog. We will not post any photo coming from a Ranger story before it is published. When posting photos of Ranger assignments, we will put credit as such: Mary Jane/The Ranger in red right next to or under the photo.
